In Apulia the farmers used to preserve the summer harvest in oil or dried, in order to create stocks for the following periods. For this reason we have chosen to deliver maxi packs that can be useful and convenient at the same time. "The farmer's provision" wants to represent the philosophy of healthy conservation, to have basic and wholesome food ready for the kitchen at hand or a healthy snack at any time.
