It has a great character, but it also stands out for its harmony, complexity and balance. Never invasive, it is an excellent companion for all dishes. D’Aragona is a 100% made in Conversano oil, which speaks of the territory in which it is born, rooted in this history, together with olive trees planted in patches. Ours is a rich oil: the Olivastro cultivar prevails, but the Simone, Coratina, Leccino, Cima di Mola, Cima di Melfi, Nociara and Pesciolen cultivars also coexist in perfect harmony. A blend with a multisensory appeal: first the sense of smell, then the gaze and palate. At sight, D’Aragona shows its clear yellow color with green reflections, which then give way to elegant, herbaceous aromas of ripe fruit. In the mouth it is characterized by its light fruity, with a spicy note that accompanies a pleasantly almondy finish.
