Ideal to accompany red meats, roasts, game.

Excellent with aged cheeses and cured meats. Wine with an intense ruby red color with violet reflections when young that tend to garnet with aging; A red with a complex and superior structure, with hints of red berried fruit combining the typical sensations of this great Apulian grape.

ATTENTION - for correct storage of the product, the 3 or 5-liter tank must be poured to the brim into possibly dark glass bottles, closed with a cap and stored in a dark environment.
