Bari-style focaccia bread
No doubt—if you want get to know the queen of the aperitif in Puglia, it’s her—the focaccia.
We spread it out with our hands—as tradition dictates— and we put fresh tomatoes on top that we chop, by hand as well, one by one.
We let it rise for 24 hours, like the ones our grandmothers make, to get always a soft and fragrant focaccia.

Ingredients
“0” wheat flour, tomatoes, extra virgin olive oil, potato flakes, yeast, salt, oregano.
Dimension 700 g Ø33 cm, 350 g Ø24 cm.
Storage Store at + 4 ° C. Shelf life 30 days.
Cooking: Preheat the oven to 180 ° C and bake for 15-20 minutes.
