TOMATO ORECCHIETTE - RECIPE
Ingredients for 4 servings:
- Bibiland Orecchiette 300 gr.
- Bibiland extra virgin olive oil
- 1 clove of garlic
- Pachino tomatoes 200 gr.
- ricotta cheese or other grated cheese to taste
In a pan heat a generous round of Bibiland extra virgin olive oil, and let the garlic flavor, then remove it, add Pachino tomatoes, washed and split in 4, season with salt.
In the meantime that the sauce is cooking, boil the Bibiland orecchiette in abundant salted water, drain and season with the sauce, tossing them in the tomato for a few minutes. Serve with grated hard ricotta or other grated cheese, and hand-chopped basil.
